Horseshoe Ridge Homes
About an hour north from Toronto on Highway 400 lies the beautiful Horseshoe Ridge. Haven’t heard of Horseshoe Ridge? Ok. How about cottage country? Now we’re getting somewhere.
Ontario’s cottage country is home to some of the province’s (if the country’s) most desirable real estate. It’s a hotbed for both cottagers and full-time residents. Enter Horseshoe Ridge Homes, an up-and-coming housing development just a chip and a putt away from the Horseshoe Valley Golf and Ski Resort. It’s the perfect community for budding families and empty nesters alike looking to escape city life.
Sell out phases 1 and 2, and manufacture a buzz around phase 3 of development
When you buy a Horseshoe Ridge Home, not only are you buying a house with all the modern accoutrements, you’re buying it in one of Ontario’s most beautiful regions. The golf course is your backyard, the lake is right around the corner and so are some of the best schools you can find. The region’s amenities are world class.
In order to quickly and succinctly communicate all the benefits of living at Horseshoe Ridge, we developed the tagline “Elegantly Rustic”. This concept was translated across all campaign touch points. As well as designing branded stationary, special billboards were created out of the same timber frame materials used to build the homes, and a print campaign promoted both the region and the features of the homes. All communications drove people to a specially designed website HorseshoeRidgeHomes.com, where visitors could learn more about the homes and the region, and book a viewing.
The website launched August 2012, and averaged over 60% new visitor traffic for the first 4 months. The print and billboard campaign generated increased traffic to Horseshoe Ridge Homes’, selling out phases 1 and 2 of development, and the stage was set for a successful 3rd phase.
