Tabbed by the Federal Government, Canadian Blood Services mission was to craft a strategy on how to align all Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation efforts across the country. As a result, all organ and tissue experts were required to collaborate and strategize on the best manner to do so. Famous Folks was tabbed with strategically rolling out the communication plan to keep stakeholders (experts) engaged.

Understanding how these stakeholders think, act, talk and most importantly – want to obtain information, we built a hub for all communication efforts and helped deliver specific nuggets of discussion via news segments. The website allocated time and space for podcasted, interactive polls, news briefings, and upcoming events as part of the process of strategy development.
