A series of events were scheduled for April of 2012. Famous Folks built the brand and developed all the advertising material for print and outdoor, along with the website and a coordinated social media effort to drive traffic to the events. We developed a voice and tone for the city to properly frame its recognition and remembrance of such a tragic time. We also had a month to do this.
/ Results
The events took over Halifax and the brand was highly visible in all mediums. The grand parade had over 8000 in attendance, and over 3000 took in the procession. Our efforts were a big part of the world coverage the city of Halifax got for its remembrance.
