Competing against numerous smaller firms and a few dominant players, N28 needed to make its strengths visible. Competitor reviews repeatedly highlighted the complexity of implementation, reflecting buyers’ concerns about disruption, difficult integrations, and projects going off course. The opportunity was to connect N28’s experience directly to the uncertainty customers wanted help navigating.
We built the positioning around genuine Salesforce insider knowledge. Former Salesforce employees in leadership and execution brought institutional understanding and firsthand experience of how implementations succeed and where they encounter problems. “Salesforce harmony” expressed the value of that perspective, giving N28 a story about helping customers bring their systems and teams together with guidance from people who knew the platform from within.

The visual identity made that expertise feel approachable. Warm 3D characters created a distinct world that could sit comfortably alongside Salesforce’s familiar mascots, reinforcing the team’s connection to the ecosystem. A segmented logo showed individual components coming together into a harmonious whole, carrying the same idea through the core identity.

The website brought the positioning, messaging, and visual system together, giving prospective customers a clearer way to understand N28’s approach and the experience behind it. The result was a more credible brand presence and a coherent story grounded in the team’s actual strengths, making it easier for N28 to explain its difference and compete for larger implementation engagements.
